On Monday we went to see the Neonatology group that followed Beckett while he was in the NICU.
What we learned...
He weighs 10 pounds 1 ounce, 21 1/2 inches long (25-50% on both).
Incisions (all 6 of them) are healing nicely.
The doctor we saw was very surprised with his leg movement. :)
She does feel he will benefit from the PT services he will soon be receiving. She sees no delays at this point, but if we qualify, might as well get it!
We are to continue trying to alternate head placement to encourage Beckett to turn his head equally to both sides (when you are on your belly and aren't supposed to turn your head for so long, it's hard to learn). This is difficult and he's a little stubborn!
Should be having "tummy time" at least 4 times per day for at least 5 minutes each time.
We will return to see them in 6 months and then at 1 year, just to continue to monitor his growth and development. Dr. Nassim is already doing this perfectly, but one other specialist isn't too big of a deal.
Love hearing that Beckett is doing great!

So glad "Baby Beckett" is doing awesome! Hannah absolutely fell in love with him! She said she liked watching him sleep! Lol!
Sounds like great news all around. Beckett is such a fighter! I agree about the PT, it can only help him! So glad things are going well. Hugs to you all!
